"Thought I would write to you and thank you for the excellent service I have received from you. I placed an order online for some gifts and consequently received an email, informing me the items had been despatched. However after nearly 2 weeks, I hadn't received them. I spoke to a member of your customer service team in the morning, who told me he would send the items again. In the afternoon of the same day, some 5 hours later, the original items were delivered -along with a whole bundle of other mail that the delivery had been delayed on, so obviously there had been a glitch within the post office somewhere. I phoned you back to say I had received the items and was told that replacement items had already been put in the post to me. Considering that the delivery failure had been no fault of Aspen & Brown, it was impressive that replacement items had been sorted so quickly. More and more, poor customer service seems to becoming accepted - your first class service is a welcome change."
