Step 1 - Choose the Font:

Please note that some products may only have one or two fonts available.

Step 2 - Type in your Text:

The maximum number of characters and lines available varies according to the product. This is shown in the information section with each product. (Please note that the maximum number of characters quoted includes spaces but you will only pay for the actual number of characters engraved.) If you enter too many characters, you will see an error message as follows: "Sorry that's too much text, please specify up to xx characters".

Carefully type in the copy you would like engraved (initials, name, date and/or message) within the maximum number of characters available. Check all dates and spellings thoroughly and check that dates are in the format you require, e.g. 7th October 1976; 7 October '76; 7-10-76; 7/10/76 etc.

Cost:

Please note there is a minimum charge of £12 per engraved item.

Select the thread colour required from the drop down menu. Please note that for some products the thread colour is pre-defined whilst other products may have only one or two thread colours available.

Please take extra care when submitting your personalisation instructions. Please check all spellings and details thoroughly before submitting your order. Please double check that all spellings and dates are correct. Check that your text is within the maximum number of characters available for that specific item and that you are happy with your chosen font and, if applicable, embroidery thread colour. We cannot accept liability for incorrectly personalised items if your instructions were not reasonably clear.

Delivery of Personalised Items

Delivery times for personalised products are included with the product detail. Please note that personalised items can take up to 28 days for delivery, however, we will always try and deliver in less time than this. If you do need your item for a specific date, send us an-e-mail with the details and we will inform you if this is possible.

USA Date Format

If a product is being embroidered or engraved for the American market, please remember that the American date format is different to the English date format.

UK is day-month-year. 7 October 1976 in numbers is 7-10-76.
USA is month-day-year. 7 October 1976 in numbers is 10-7-76.
